Makes 2.8 gallons when used at 10 drops per 500 ml.
Works perfectly when used at 10 drops per 500 ml and wait 24 hours! Probably not cost-effective for turning whole gallons of milk lactose-free, but works great in making heavy whipping cream or half and half lactose-free. Hereโs the math: Mine contained 213 drops. Yes, I counted. 213 drops * 500 ml milk/10 drops = 10,650 ml milk made lactose-free, which is about 2.8 gallons. The drops have no taste, but the milk does taste sweeter, as all lactose-free products do when you break down lactose, a complex sugar you cannot taste, into simple sugars, which are easier to digest and you can taste their sweetness. I love this product because I can make so many more lactose-free foods at home now, like chocolate ganache and alfredo sauce. 100% recommend. Using this product is MUCH more effective than taking lactase pills when eating regular dairy.

Works and is cost saving
I buy organic 2% milk for $8. It is out of the budget to buy the same in lactose free ($13.98 a gallon). You use 3 drops for every 16.9 oz and let it sit for 24 hours and youโre good to go. For a gallon, that is 128 ounces divided by 16.9 = 7.574. Multiply that by 3 drops and itโs 23 drops per gallon. I treated 8 1/2 gallons with one bottle. (Possibly 9 1/2 .. not sure if I forgot to mark down one treatment). But, going with 8.5, the drops add $1.38 to each gallon. So, it makes sense monetarily to buy this at the subscribe and save cost of $11.69 a bottle.

You Can Add to Fridge Stable Items - Cream of Chicken here I come!
I use this to make things lactose free that I can't buy without lactose otherwise. I add this to salad dressings, buttermilk, cream of chicken and cream of mushroom soups, half and half or heavy cream, etc. Anything that you can mix or blend and then refrigerate is a good candidate for this stuff! I could NOT for the life of me find a good substitute to cream of chicken or cream of mushroom, which I use in a few casseroles my family likes. I can add 10-15 drops of this to one can of soup, then mix and then refrigerate 48 hours, and I have no ill side effects from consuming the cream of soup! I also put 10-15 drops into ranch dressing, shake vigorously, and let it sit 24-48 hours before eating. Leaving it longer than that is not a problem, so you can treat the dairy items when you buy them and leave them in the fridge as normal. It's good for things you will need for baking or cooking, as long as you can plan ahead you can add this into buttermilks, creams, or sauces (like alfredo) and eat your favorite things again! Just make sure to mix/shake thoroughly, so the enzyme can break down the lactose throughout the dairy product. I have noticed NO difference in taste when using this product. I get no gas, bloating, or normal after effects of eating dairy. I tend to err on the side of putting in too much over not enough, but one bottle has lasted me three months.

Yes! Really Works!
This works better for me with milk than the chewable pills. I pre-treat and let the milk sit for 48 hours, even though 24 hours is the minimum recommended time. You'll know it's working when the milk is sweeter than usual as a result of the lactose being broken down. I find this to be a good value overall as it's the least expensive I can find; however it does take a lot more drops to fully treat than some other brands. I had an issue with my order and the manufacturer responded quickly and very much to my satisfaction, and from halfway around the world nonetheless! Overall, highly recommended.

Great Fix
Our granddaughter is lactose intolerant but loves ice cream so we got here these so she could continue to eat dairy. They work great and she is enjoying all her food.

Economics
Using 20 drops for 1 gallon of milk, I got about 14 uses out of this. At $13.99, let's just say it was $1 cost for each jug. Seems good to me.

Wish they had workedโฆ.
These drops did not work for my husband. He also said he could taste the product in his milk.

Definitely helps
My husband gets blocked sinusโ and starts sneezing with cows milk. Adding this (to organic outdoor reared A2 Jersey) means he can drink cows milk and have far fewer symptoms. Outdoor grass reared, organic goats milk works the best, ie no sneezing, but we have had to stop buying it since the eye watering courier price increase, so this has been a blessing. (Supermarket goats milk gives him terrible sneezing, no idea why, can only think that grain fed animals milk has higher histamines or higher lactose).

These really work
These work a treat. Had to buy cowโs milk because it was the only milk in my price range at the time. No adverse effects, if you get my drift. I use it in any drink I have that contains dairy products, mainly Jamaican Guinness punch. Itโs perfect. It also goes a long way

Have to use in advance but does the job
Does the job but you have to use in advance and wait 24 hours or so. May make milk go off quicker, daughters comment. Tablets are easier to use especially when out. Use lactose free at home.

Surprisingly Successful
My son is Lactose Intolerant and was buying up to ยฃ20 in lactose free milk each week, so we thought we'd try it. I was sceptical as he'd tried the tablets, but zero luck. I still had the joy of bleaching the loo after he'd used it. We needed something as it really effects him, to the point he won't go to the loo Inna public place as he's so embarrassed. I bought 4 pints of red milk and added the recommended drops to achieve the least lactose Content and we waited. He consumed a pint straight away for *cough* test purposes. He noticed a huge difference! He likes how he can add it to milkshakes etc and gas the same results. He also prefers this as once you've added the drops you don't have to worry. Leave 24 hours and it's good to go. He's saving alot of money too!
