Really Helpful for Blocked Sinuses ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I bought these menthol crystals to use in my inhaler when my sinuses get blocked, and I’m really pleased with them. They give off a lovely strong menthol vapour and leave me feeling much clearer and refreshed. You only need a small amount, so the 5g pack lasts well. Really happy with these and would definitely buy them again.

good you can get two of these, so the next time a loose a tub got back up, being using these for years, handed down by my parents, they are very good for colds and bring out the cold - my only warning is do not use a large amont you only need a couple of grains in boling water and let them settle for a little while before breathing in as they can be very strong smell.
