I’ve had lactose intolerance for a while and have tried a couple of different brands. Some of them are more well-known brands and some of them are generic. I never had really noticed a difference between them and that’s why I kept trying different ones. They are easy to chew and you don’t get that powdery taste in your mouth that you get from other brands. I have also had much less stomach discomfort and have been able to enjoy foods that I’ve had to avoid in recent years. I like the raspberry flavor, but it’s not really something that sticks out once you start eating. I’ve also found that I don’t always need to use the recommended amount based on what I am eating, which is a great value for the money spent.

These work on adults and children in my family. Will buy again. Love chewable.

I’ve been pleased with these lactose pills. I was looking for something less expensive than the big name brand pills that they sell. They’re so expensive so I thought I would give these a try because they were more affordable. They seem to be very effective, just as good as the other brand that I was buying. They are chewable and they actually taste good with no chalky after taste. The quality and effectiveness of these pills have met my standards and I’ll continue to buy these over the other brand.

Not only did these work better than a more known brand, rhymes with “act aid” but they tasted great. Past tense, tasted. The new formula was unnecessary. They now taste chalky. Now they also contain sorbitol and 2 of my 3 lactose intolerant children are also sorbitol intolerant. This new formula will not work for them. Why change a good thing? There truly was no need to change the formula other than the company trying to cut costs. It’s a shame. I can no longer give this to my kids. -*************************** **************** Update 6/23/25 My last order I jokingly received a wee bottle of 60 count for the price of the 120 count. The listing is for 120 count… but surprise, I received a 60 count and the barcode/upc is the exact same as the 120 count… 😂 😡 Update 7/13/26 After my last review, the company once again changed the formula and it tastes so much better, maybe even better than before. I’m on a subscription again and so far these have not failed. No longer chalky, no longer containing sorbitol, just 5 simple ingredients. The main lactase, and 4 others for texture flavor, freshness and taste. Well done Milkaid!

I have only a mild case of lactose intolerance, but these help greatly in my digestion. I have noticed since using them (about a year now), I no longer have tummy issues at night. They not only help with the intolerance of milk but also help settle my tummy, way better than Tums or other products. I love the flavor and that they are easy to chew.

I like this quite a bit better than Lactaid. The Raspberry flavor is delicious. I do not take much dairy other than a pretty good amount of Whey Protein. Now I pop 2 of these whenever I have a protein bar or make a smoothie. No issues. I recommend buying the bigger orders and stocking up. 3 packs are sold at a nice discount.

Works great!! I'm using these pills every day and the discomfort is goen. Im enjoying ice cream coffee with milk and cheesecake again. Esp my baked Mac and cheese!!

I love these and keep on hand because I use practically every day. Easy to chew and I like the flavor.

If you compare prices this is the cheaper option (the Boots version is 6.9 gbp for 60 tablets), so excellent value. The pills are small and chewable, you you don't need to be a goose to swallow it. The taste and texture is weird and chalky and the sweetener makes it a little bit strange before savoury meals. Didn't experience any side effects, it just works. Chew 2 tablets before a meal, that's how easy it is. (For those who didn't notice the maximum daily allowed dose is 6 pills, which is plenty enough.)

I was suspecting lactose intolerance for a long time, so tried to avoid milk products, however being on keto diet now this is not always possible (and I love cheese too much to completely eliminate it from my diet anyway!). I use these tablets for almost a month now and although I still occasionally get a bit of bloating or rumbling after a meal, other symptoms (less comfortable 😉) are gone now. Simply, it's nice to be able to keep the meal for longer at last. I know for sure that they work, as once I forgot to take them and all the symptoms were back for that day. The taste is not offensive, they are easy to bite and swallow. I take two each meal with cheese (breakfast) or add extra one when there's a cream, cream cheese and cheese combination in a meal (dinner). Just placed Subscribe & Save order, so I never run out.

Well, they work for me, so all good. I have a very sensitive tolerance for lactose. But these keep the unwanted side effects from lactose at bay.

I used to rely on these for when eating out as never a guarantee that restaurants and such will be able to do dairy free. These new ones do not work, they taste disgusting and leave me in pain if I do accidentally ingest dairy. Not suitable and very disappointed. They are also expensive but before was my only option.
