Has the company changed the recipe? My cat ate the first bag without any problems, but won't touch the bag I recently reordered.

I am wondering the same thing. My cat has been eating this for at least 10 years and she normally thinks of it as her treat. This recent bag that I got, she hasn’t touched one of them. They look different as well. They look smoother. They used to have sort of like a crumbly coating on them.
