Easy to use and looks so good!
This stuff is fantastic. I’ve been wanting to black out the chrome on my expedition for a while and finally decided to do it myself vs. $800 to have it done professionally. Easy to apply! Highly recommend taking your time - took me about 2 hours to do my vehicle but worth it.

I read many of the reviews before purchasing this product and have zero complaints. The adhesive is great (it’s 3M vinyl). I read complaints about the product not being super glossy, and honestly, I think those were due to user error. It absolutely is glossy. You just have to remove the clear plastic protective film that’s pre-applied so you don’t scratch it while working with it. Once you’ve applied the tape to whatever piece you’re working with and heated it in ensure good adhesion, simply peel the clear plastic film off (it’s like plastic wrap for food). The black out tape I received is gloss black and looks OEM.
