My own purple haze....
I love this little guitar. I did however replace the pickup with an EMG 89R, Grover 406C Rotomatic Mini Self Locking Machine Heads, Graph Tech ResoMax NW2 Wraparound Bridge with String Saver Saddles and Dunlop SLS1031N Straplok® Dual Design Strap Retainer System... The guitar has plenty of body to hold onto, the new bridge allow's for resting your palm a bit. Setting the pick-up low prevents the guitar from being too bright and having to play near the neck, but too low and it's muddy. Action is fantastic. Very light and easy to bend. Super Slinky's work well but 1-3 as Nickel and 4-6 as M-Steel have a unique blend. Not sure why, but all experimental. Nickel would be best choice if I had to make one today. Finish of the guitar is fantastic. I feel I got lucky. The neck is very basic, the rosewood has imperfections and flaw's (actual hairline grain cracks) but it's smooth and plays fast. Since this is only a color, I would imagine the other colors are equal in quality. This guitar made a great base to build from.

Small but mighty!
I was really impressed with the quality. It is the same as a larger model and just has the body reduced in size. Action is good and the sound impressed me. I like mine.

Great Entertainment when you're stuck in the airport!
I'm a total newb that needed something to practice on is the reason I purchased this guitar. It travels well on a plane.....just make sure to ask the flight attendant to put it on top in the overhead bin or in a closet. I've managed to manipulate the tone and volume to get a nice, creamy, clean tone just the way I like. It came packaged in a double box and a case with plenty of plastic and bubble wrap. The guitar was very clean and unblemished on arrival. I guess what you call the setup was very good, because there were know buzzing frets, no sharp edges, and it stays in tune fairly well. The neck was also perfectly straight. The one thing that I found very frustrating in the beginning was figuring out how to get this guitar to balance in my lap. the neck has a gravity pull that defies Mother Earth. I purchased a strap, but that doesn't help the diving situation. Aside from that aggravation, I received a ton of pleasure for the money.P.S. Thanks for the picks and the stickers!

Neck heavy
Body is too small and weight heavy at the neck. I would use it for travel practice and it is portable but I wouldn’t have bought it if I knew how it felt in my hands

The neck is heavier then the body makes it difficult to play.
Looks great ! It sounds great! Light weight, but severe neck dive. I bought it to practice with rather then a practice neck. Short of throwing the guitar out the window I have my guitar strap hooked through a carabiner in a belt loop on my stretch pants with a cloth bag full of weights or door hinges or something to weight the body down to keep it from neck diving. I tried various things even attached wheel weights it did not work. leaning back in the sofa is the only way to really play it without holding the neck up. I truly believe the creator(s) of this guitar did a poor job and do not recommend it to anyone. don't waist your money.

Buy it
Beautiful & sturdy. The light weight and small body make this an easy guitar to manipulate if you’re someone who has hand or wrist issues/disabilities.

Surprisingly good! I love it
I own 6 other guitars. I got this one to carry during a vacation. It was no problem at all during the flights. No one has a problem with it as carry on in the airport and it fit in the overhead compartment of the tiny plan I was in just fine. I had to file the fret ends and do some basic cleanup on the fretboard. However once setup this thing shines. The humbucker is really good. The neck is a good thickness and not too skinny. It has a full 24 frets. Only problem is the neck dive so you will need to get the strap on the headstock and not the pin behind the neck joint. All in all I love this guitar and find myself picking it up even at home quite often as it is a lot of fun to play. Go for it!

I'm in love!
First off, I am a beginner guitarist and it's taken me a long time to find the right guitar. I'm quite a small (adult) person so I've struggled to find the guitar that feels right for me. And this is it! The design is absolutely beautiful, the paintwork is stunning and everything feels very well made and sturdy. I love the quality of the fret board and I thought the strings that it came with were pretty good. Secondly for such a petite thing it really packs a punch and has made playing all the more enjoyable. I'm really pleased with this product! If you're on the fence about buying it (as I was for quite some time) just buy it! Perhaps more experienced guitarists could offer a more detailed experience of using this guitar, but as for me it's made me fall in love with the process and creativity of learning all over again. It came with a gig bag, wire and a card which was signed to signify it had been fully inspected before shipping. The delivery was pretty speedy too even during covid. It has certainly made my new year!

Great little travel guitar practice, doesn’t look like a school project!
Great little guitar. Bought it to practice while on holiday. Actually sounds great, nice meaty humbucker pick up. Neck plays pretty fast and metallic paint job looks good. It plays a lot better than a lot of famous guitar copies I have played. One very slight criticism is that the front strap lock is in the wrong place at the back. It should be on the top edge. Slightly ‘ neck heat’ due to the small body, but hey what do you expect. I am delighted with mine.

One of the best guitars for the buck ever
This is just gorgeous. Could be my best quality/price guitar ever. Now, this is not the best guitar in the world, it just cannot keep up with my best instruments (gibsons, jacksons and ibanez) but ir surely beats my old epiphone I used for travels. It does perfectly what it was designed for, it is a guitar, a REAL one, unlike some other travel guitars i have tried: it is light weight and compact, has a beautiful, powerful sound ( if you only need it for very hard rock you can just forget other guitars), not different from "standard" guitars with just one pickup (remember the 80s?). The potentiometers are amazing. I cannot believe my1500£ gibson les paul standard has crappy on-off pots while with this kind of stick with power I can obtain every kind of tone and volume control I desire. The neck is well made, precise, smooth, thin. Fretboard's quite flat, at least 14", strings not too far from each other (similar to a gibson), pickup powerful and not very noisy (just a light hum). You can actually use the volume pot a la jeff beck, it is well placed and gives a good grip. Neck body joint is tight, not as an ibanez but i have seen a lot of worse guitars. It is neck heavy, and even a strap does not do the trick. Maybe using an acoustic guitar style strap the problem's solved, need to try it. Machine head are quite good, but not perfect: maybe the only thing to change in a remote future. The nut's not bone at all. But i don t give a damn about it. You need to remove the bridge in order to change strings ( and i advice to do so as soon as possible). In conclusion: if you pair this guitar, a cheap usb sound card and a normal pc with ubuntu or whatever linux you like with Guitarix and ardour installed, you have a complete guitar studio for less than 200£, and the best part is that you can take it wherever you want.Note: i took the blue one and it has not matching color headstock: it's black, as the knobs are. And it ain't really really blue. It s some kind of surf green-blue. But i like it even better.I would totally buy another it this gets lost.

Good Quality Travel Guitar Perfect.
When I looked at the price of the shorty guitar I must admit I hesitated and wondered how good it really was.I'm far from disappointed. Easy to use the neck is no different to the full scale guitar and yet the body sits comfortably on your lap (for me). The colour Blue is really nice as well. I also purchased a Vox mini amp and along with my headphones jacked into this I have a great travel guitar. Love it, highly recommend.

Just buy this.
Needed this when I travelled to London from the US for an internship and couldn't bring my other guitars. It's built really well, feels great, plays great. Much better than I expected for the price and all my friends are fascinated by how small it is!If you need a travel guitar, get this one.
