This product is great, I have been using it for almost a month now and I can see a great difference. Ive also change some of my eating habits and this has been helping me tighten my face muscles and getting rib if the doble chin. This is a great product if you want to get rib of doble chin.

Would not recommend as I can't tell the difference between the supposed weight strengths. Mine was missing a chain as well. I really dislike how the company selling the item is sending me emails and mail to my house! AVOID

I've been suffering from dysphagia (trouble swallowing) since May and haven't been able to eat solids during that time. I purchased this product to help strengthen my jaw and neck muscles, and within only three days I was eating solids again! While I know this isn't what most people purchase this product for, I am so grateful that I gave it a shot. I'll be telling others who struggle with dysphagia to give this a try before attempting expensive speech therapy.

I didn’t believe this product would actually work but it is. I’m slowly seeing and feeling a difference not only in my appearance along my jaw line but under my chin and face. Compared to a name brand online, this product works just as well at a fraction of the price but all the same benefits! I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to improve how they look and feel.

Like using it as a stress reducer while working. Also keeps me from constantly grinding my teeth!

I love the three sizes. Diff colors for each size. They are actually smaller than I was expecting ( honestly I did not look at measurements when I purchase so that is my bad). I think that if they were each a little larger they would have more of an impact on sculpting facial muscles. I grind my teeth in my sleep so my muscles must be stronger than most : ) therefore these will not help define my muscles as much as I had hoped. They will WORK GREAT for the average person however I am sure. No bad taste or smell which is HUGE too.

Ordered this product to see if i can tone ny jawline. I have been using it on and off at night for about 5 mins. In all honesty you feel the muscle being worked out. I love that i can feel something. But because I don't use it as i should i do not see a major change. But i have received a few comments saying that they some change in my face. I will be using this daily - i just have to get a routine.

I disliked that I ordered 2 and I got one that was wrong ..not a 1,2,3 but a 1,3,3....and I reordered and it happened a 2nd time so I had to order from somewhere else.....but my daughter did like the one that was correct...a warning ...only use as directed.....
