They taste quite nice, personally I saw nor felt any change throughout using them. So just be aware that they do not work for everyone, so may leave you disappointed. But worth a try if you are looking for some!

Smell is a little vinegar-y. Not a problem for most I assume but I hate vinegar. Taste is fruity, easy to take. Product is exactly as described. Delivery was fast, happy with my purchase!

I’ve been using these gummies while cutting, and they’ve been a massive help in keeping hunger at bay. They work really well, and I’ve found that just one gummy before a meal or whenever I get hungry is enough to make me feel full.
