Q: This is my first time using a face wash, do I need to apply lotion on my face after using this?

You don't have to. Its purely a matter of wanting to. A wash and a lotion will serve different purposes.

Q: is it alcohol free? i have very dry skin

I don't see alcohol listed as an ingredient. Ingredients: Water, Cocamidopropyl betaine, Coco-glucoside, Glycerin, Aloe barbadensis leaf juice, Sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, Acrylates/C10-30 alkyl acrylate crosspolymer, Phenoxyethanol, Sodium chloride, Sodium hydroxide, Benzoic acid, Fragrance*, Camelina sativa seed oil, Dehydroacetic acid, Camellia sinensis (Green tea) leaf extract, Potassium sorbate, Sodium benzoate, Citric acid, Tocopherol. *A blend of natural ingredients. We also have Sensitive Skin Wash as well.

Q: Curious what does the size 5.0oz X3 means? does that mean i will get a 15oz bottle instead of a 5 oz. That's the size I ordered so just curious thanks

Just like other items listed this way, it means 3 5.0 oz. bottles FYI 😎

Q: can you use this as an Exfoliating?

I would say no. This is just a plain wash they do offer a exfoliating scrub that I've used before that even has exfoliating beads in it to help open up pores. This is just a straight gel like face wash.
