will this fit a 10 year old 125 pound boy?

Hi, this item is only manufactured in one-size, theres a sizing chart to the left of the image, in case you cannot view it:Medium 8-10 29-32" 27-30" 29-32" 50-54" height

My 10 year old son is 5 feet tall. Should I get him the child or adult size?

I would choose the adult size, the child just fit my 6 year old.

I have already ordered this because it says "Mens warrior" but then it says child then it says Adult? It says standard will an adult fit ?

yes. The kids one is labeled "child"

Could you sit in this costume?

Sort of. it's doable, definitely on a barstool.
