Hard water, or not hard. That is the question. The answer?
Chlorine, bromine pH, and hardness. My spa has given me a science refresher, that showed me I wasn’t sure I actually learned that science to begin with. And, since pool service providers only care for spas if you have a pool, I have no pool service. Anyway, a couple of carefully worded questions to AI led me to what I needed, and the test strips are happy! The water is clear, the chemicals dissolved with out issue or smell. Five stars

HOT TUB MUST!
We have been using this product now for 2 years for our 320 gallon hot tub. It is easy to use with easy instructions for various sizes of hot tubs on the product. Our hot tube water is very clear and the product disolves easily in the water. There is no odor. The lid is also hard to open for kids but easy for adults which is also a bonus.
