will the figures fit in the cars

The windows and doors do not open in any of the cars. However, there is one car that is a convertible that has two front seats. I can't imagine the figures fit, unless they are in the sitting position with knees bent. I hope I was somewhat helpful. My son does love this car set.

How big are they in inches long?

They are about 3" long except for Hulk's and it's about 2 1/2". This is approximate, mine have not been removed from the box. Janie
