I see this comes from spinach. what type of magnesium is it from? for example, magnesium chloride vs magnesium oxide?

It doesn't give this information on the bottle, but there is an 800# you can call to find out. 800.848.2542. I am taking it to lower my blood pressure naturally and it is working better than just taking my BP med. It is helping me to get to my goal. I have been taking BP med for over a year and it helped a little but with this I am seeing better results.

Where are the mg numbers ? How MUCH is in a tablet ?

If you look on the back of the label is states there is 50mg of magnesium per serving(2 tablets). It's confusing with the 1000mg s.cerevisae which is basically brewer's yeast.

Why is the magnesium serving size so low at 50mg with only a 12% rdv? i'm seeing other brands at about 200-400mg?

Broken items

Hi my item is broken when I received it because it is medicine glass bote and bottle was broken my daughter received and she told me when she opened it she found broken bottle in sideplz tell me what to do

Water insoluble. Not worth the price. Not recommended

This powder it’s water insoluble. I tried in warm water as well but still didn’t dizolve well. The part that doesn’t dissolve it sticks inside the mouth and it’s chewy. Not sure what’s made of but doesn’t have any effect. I prefer it in form of capsules. Better absorption and efficiency.

Overpriced and Dissolves Poorly

Disappointed with this product. It doesn’t dissolve well in water, the quantity is small, and it’s overpriced. Bought it because of the ‘Amazon’s Choice’ label but it didn’t meet expectations

Not worth it!
