I purchased this memory foam pillow and it has been very good for both neck and back support. It provides excellent comfort and helps maintain proper alignment while sleeping, which has made a noticeable difference in how rested I feel in the morning. This is by the far the best pillow I have tried and a great design. I have previously gone through so many different types of pillows as I have next pain and joint problems, having also had surgery on my neck I need the right kind of support. For me the memory foam element of this is perfect as it provides good support without feeling too solid. In others, the raised neck part has been too firm or barely existent whereas this is perfect for me. The quality is great and it has lasted me ages whereas in the past I would change pillows very regularly. Highly recommend and great value for your money as it will last you ages. No issues with it smelling even when new.

The pillow fits my own pillowcases perfectly and looks great on the bed. It is incredibly comfortable when I sleep on my back and has eliminated my neck pain. The photos indicate that the pillow is good for side sleepers but I find it quite uncomfortable if i turn on my side. Really reasonable price for the quality of the pillow.

So after spending a fortune on every type of pillow under the sun I thought I’d give this one a go after reading the reviews and researching cranial pillows for neck injury/pain. Quick back story, I was in a car accident some 20 years ago where my C1 and C2 were permanently damaged giving a lot of pain and limited left and right movement. Getting older was making it worse and I was having chronic pain every morning and disrupted sleep during the night. When the pillow arrived it was rolled up in a small box. It’s definitely worth taking it out and giving it several hours to expand because it does make a difference. I’ve tried it for a week now. It has improved my sleep and pain enormously which, being extremely cynical about reviews, I’m really surprised at. I tried two nights on the higher side and five on the lower. I’m a side and back sleeper. The higher side is great for lying on your back but I found lying on my side made my ear feel very squashed and after day two I woke with a headache. I turned the pillow around to the lower side which sorted all that. No more squashed ear or headache. I’m 5’2” and I found the size just right for me. I’m not scrunching my shoulders up in my sleep anymore and I’m waking up with minimal pain. Sleep is definitely improved. This is not a miracle cure and has made no difference to my movement range but to be able to wake up with no pain is lush. I would recommend this and plan to buy another for travelling.

I have great expectations of this. But sadly they didnt live up to mine. Its well made, didnt smell funny, is not too expensive, arrived on time. But did it deliver a better nights sleep? No. Did it improve my posture? No. Did it give me relief from back pain? No. Did it give me unexpected neck and shoulder pain? Yes. Will i send it back? probably not. Will I recommend it? Well if you know what are you looking for with this type of product, its probably as good as any other competitor product. But if you are suffering from back and neck pain, go see a chiropractor.

I have cervical spondylosis and have suffered with the neck pain and trapped nerves from this for over 13 years. I thought I had tried everything to relieve my neck pain but clearly I hadn't tried this miraculous pillow! I I was skeptical at first because I had tried a memory foam pillow a while back and it was too hard and high, leaving me with sore ears. But this is much better. The memory foam isn't too hard for me and the shape eases any discomfort. I love that one side is high and the other low, in case I need to swap. It's perfect for any sleeping position, which is great for me as I'm like a rotisserie chicken in the night, turning from side position to back. I've been using this for a few weeks now and I've felt a huge reduction in my pain levels and numbness/pins and needles. I love that it came with a sleeping mask too. I never usually use them but I tried it and slept like a baby.

I bought this pillow having suffered from shoulder and neck pain over the past few months and wondering if it might help. I usually sleep on 2 pillows and wondered if I might find it hard to adjust to this lower level but actually I slept well from the first night. It is comfortable for both side and back sleeping and has a removable, washable cover. It does fit inside a regular pillow case too if you prefer to use your own. The memory foam is good quality and the pillow is keeping its shape perfectly. I can't say that I am suddenly pain free but I do think there has been a slight reduction in my discomfort. The eye mask was an unnecessary and unused extra for me.

It seems to be fairly good quality. It is a little thinner than I like.

I ordered two pillows and they smell heavily of cigarettes.
