Super compact, great performance
This little pump does a great job, particularly for how small it is. It was the perfect choice for my small truck/camper system. The plastic construction is robust and feels to be well manufactured. Installation is very simple: attach 3/8" ID hose to barb connectors with hose clamps and connect the positive and negative wires to your 12V source via a switch or relay. Water pressure was very good when running directly at full flow, but when running with partially open valve (restricted flow), the pump's pressure switch causes rapid on/off cycles. I chose to couple the pump with a 0.75L accumulator to eliminate this chatter and reduce electrical/mechanical wear. Very happy with the overall performance of this water pump.
