Probiotic seems okay so far. I was looking for something that might be similar to SEED that is timed release. BUT like another person noticed, the jar is huge compared to the amount of pills. A waste of packaging and it seems deceiving to the consumer. Do better. Very wasteful.

I have tried lots of different brands that works, and this one has lots of CFU and a good number of strains and are Vegie capsules. I have read all the negative reports, and I think they are wrong. I take these capsules first thing in the morning with a lot of water. It works well keep me regular and I also know when I have had too much, your stool becomes sticky, so I come off the product and give it a rest. Those of you that it does not work for should try taking it first thing in the morning with a lot of water to get it down into the Intestines. The price for so many strains and so many CFU's is more than reasonable. I think it works well. I have not gained extra weight I have even lost weight. I love it.

This product may have been tampered with. The plastic seal on the cap does not extend to the rest of the container so the cap could be opened without breaking the seal. The seal under the cap was not fully secure, and the cap is also orange rather than blue.
