adidas Unisex Defender 4.0 Gym Duffel Bag for Men and Women

I’m really impressed with this duffel bag. It’s sturdy, well-made, and the material feels durable enough for daily use. The compartments are roomy and make it easy to organize all my gym essentials. The straps are comfortable, and the bag holds its shape well even when fully packed. Overall, great quality and definitely worth the purchase!

The small size is a perfect day bag for the gym. I use the vented shoe end pocket for my shower shoes, the other end pocket for my toiletries, the small interior zip pocket for my wallet, keys, and other things I keep in my pockets. I put my headphones and SpiBelt in the exterior side pocket. I go to the gym in my workout clothes, so my clothes for work and work shoes go in the main compartment. (I bought a basic shoe bag for my shoes so they don’t get my clothes dirty.) The bag is big enough for all that stuff and a little more. Perfect size for a gym locker and to carry without being too big. I wear a size 11.5 running shoe, and they don’t come close to fitting in the shoe pocket. But putting them in the main compartment with a shoe bag is super easy. The bag is a light weight cordura but totally sufficient for the use and price. I paid $28 here and think it’s a great value for the money and a great size and design.

This duffel bag is so big I’m pretty sure I could fit inside it and still have room for snacks. I packed for a weekend trip and ended up filling only a corner of it—this thing could handle a month-long vacation, a small wardrobe, or maybe an entire toddler’s toy collection. If you’re looking for a bag that could probably qualify as its own carry-on and storage unit, this is the one.

Love the adidas bag. Solid bag that should last a long time. It is large enough to pack enough for a week trip. My only complaint is the shoulder strap. The first time we went to use it, one of the clips broke. Hoping Adidas will send a replacement.

Good size for short trips and the gym. Durable and matches other Adidas wear well! Shoulder strap, 2 end pockets with zippers, 1 good sized side pocket, and a double stutched hand strap for carrying too.

This is actually my second time buying this bag. The first one was four years ago and the only difference from this bag is that the first one was red with two small differences (the red has a mesh venting while this one has some holes for venting and the this one has a zip bag in the main compartment which is something I like over the older one). Both have been used as equipment bags for my sons playing football and the first one has just made it through it's fourth football season and is still in perfect condition. The bag has a large main compartment area that is large enough to fit football pads and helmet with other stuff it in such as a ball. It also has a zipped bag in the main compartment that you can further store some small things like keys and phone or whatever else that you do not want loose in the bag. There are two compartments on either side of the ends of the bags. One is vented and the other is not. The vented side has a few holes in it which I would have preferred how the older bag had mesh as football can get stinky and airing out some things helps alot but this is livable. This has plenty of space for my son to store his cleats, gloves, drink, towel, phone, etc. It has a strap and handles to carry either way. There is also a loop on the bottom of one side. I assume that is to grab and pull towards you when getting it out of wherever it is stored but maybe it is more useful than that and I just am not aware of how to use it properly. From how they are built and put together and the 4 years of the older bag I got- I expect this may end up being used for a minimum of 6 years until the boys get to High School and likely will opt for a bag branded with their school.... even so, we will have two solid bags to use for other things after that. I highly recommend this bag and it can be used for many different things beyond being a gear bag for football.

Originally i was going to buy the medium size but decided to go with the small. And it was the best decision, great size with plenty of room to store stuff, good aide pockets and a small front pocket. had to adjust the strap to sit better. great quality, good drip, defiantly recommend it

Die Tasche hält einiges aus und ist wöchentlich 5 mal in Benutzung. Ausreichend Platz und schönes dezentes Design.
