Does this run on the bikes chain or on the other side with added sprocket ???

Install a chain on the sprocket, the sprocket drives the chain to rotate，just run on the bikes chain. Rachel

What is the gas to oil ratio for this engine?

Standard- 32:1, start with more to get it running smooth then go 32:1 It’ll run fine if it’s a little off just try not to put too much or too little. If it’s smoking a lot or failing to start you probably have too much, if it is stuck or making sounds it likely has too little

What size chain does the sprocket fit?

25h.* Its very small . n is considered electric scooter chain as well as gas ,when looking it up.
