Unable to virtually write out card like app said.
When ordering there were instructions to personalize a birthday card but it came blank and option didn’t work.My son received the balloon and he had no idea who it was from. For that reason I was not happy and it made the gift NOT worth it or fun.Otherwise it came as said on Amazon, but knowing who it was from was most important to me.

The cutest idea for any special occasion!
My daughter received this on her actual birthday which was great luck. Motion sensored music started playing, the balloon was filled with the perfect amount of helium and also enclosed was a card to! She was very surprised by it! 😁 I definitely would do this again for any special occasion.

We sent this item to a college student, it arrived in time, but it did not play music and you were unable to personalize the card!

not quite what I expected
I bought 2 one for each granddaughter. the idea was a fun idea and nice but both the balloons were half deflated and could barely rise out of the box. I was disppointed in that. The cost of each on amazon was about 30.00 for 1 balloon
