Waterdrop 10UB-UF 0.01μm Ultra Filtration Under Sink Water Filter System

This is really good. Water tastes amazing and the difference is immediately noticeable. I was a little disappointed to notice limescale in my brand new kettle after just a couple weeks. Other reviews had suggested as much as a year since they noticed the same. However we may just be in a very hard water area.We had our plumber install this running a new cold mains water feed separate from the softener. It was really easy for him to do. The tap and filter are the perfect size and the styling is really premium. It matches perfectly with our other tap which was my hope. Honestly for the price you can’t go wrong. I’d have been looking at up to £300 to try and get a similar tap to the one I already have but with a little filter knob built in!We chose to install this one in the worktop and honestly it looks like it was meant to be. Seamless!Yes there’s always more you can do. I believe you can stack extra filters side by side from waterdrop. I’m not sure what I’ll do but even if I decide to go all in and upgrade to a reverse osmosis and remineralisation system I can likely reuse this tap and in the meantime it’s a vast no brainer improvement to the water we’ve been drinking!

Working very well so far and longevity of system seems to be longer than six months. Water supply where I live is foul tasting and this really does improve the taste and clarity for drinking/ cooking water. Recommended if you live in area with hard water. Fitting was easy and no leaks from system or tap so far.

I always have a nagging doubt about these things BUT I was ver surprised and I could imediatly taste the difference! Much more convenient that filling jugs and using an out of date filter because you have run out again and again forgotten to add to the shopping list.I'm compitent with plumbing and found this a breeze to install, better still, the filter will be easy to change in the future. Another up side, made me both tidy and reorganise under the sink, slight downside, forced me to buy a storage system under the sink so more money spent. LOLSeriously though, very impressed, easier to fit than others I have used in the past. From what I have been told, seems a number of these have been instaled in commercial places too, again so I'm told and can't verify.

Customer care at waterdrop are good

Love it,we both it many times and water is so tasety

Quite easy to install. Works well. Good flow.Couple of months on my blue paper towel gets wet. Yes, I always wrap paper towel around all my plumbing joints! The leak appears to be inside the faucet base. I took it all apart and I can blow into the water inlet and when the tap is open, there's a hissing inside the baseThis doesn't appeal to be 100% sealed and so a slow leak. My worktop is soggy now! Not sure what to do their customer service is poor. Might have to use a sealant.... otherwise great!I put it all back and hoped for the best but it is leaking from the tap now......I'm going to ask for a refund or replacement.

Great product and would highly recommend

Good quality
