Be careful of the Blueberry flavor. Open the bag and empty what is in it. You will notice that it is not berry powder. Be careful, be careful, do not drink it.

I have used this after flights and after long days, I promise I could feel its effect in my body. However, the berry flavor is sooooo bad and smells bad. I used to drink it with my nose closed. I highly recommend you try other flavors because the product itself is AMAZINGGG!
