Sturdy; Stylish; Fits Original Xbox One
After careful consideration of a few similar products, I settled on this one due to a combination of ratings and shelf size. Since I was planning on using this to hold my original fat Xbox One, I needed the shelves to be at least 12 inches deep, and most other mounts have shelves that are 10-12 inches deep. This mount has 13.5 inch deep shelves which are plenty deep for the Xbox One and any cables you might want to plug into the back, and the shelves are plenty wide for the Xbox and a few games. The shelves are also height adjustable so there's plenty of room for a Kinect, though you'll want to be sure to adjust the shelves before you start putting stuff on them.On the topic of the installation, I felt like it was much easier than I was expecting, judging from other reviews. I had absolutely no issues figuring out the instructions, and the shelf mounts are designed in such a way where I didn't have to worry about overtightening and breaking the glass; just don't use a drill or make it so tight you hurt your hand and you'll be done, and the shelves will be secure and stable. All that was needed was a drill, a screwdriver, a hammer, a level, and a 13mm socket/ratchet, and I was able to secure the mount and install my TV in a couple of hours. I will admit that installation was made much easier by my lightweight 32 inch Sony LCD, so if you're using this for a larger TV you'll probably want a hand with the very last step, which is mounting the TV.I think that overall, installation was a breeze and my room looks almost twice as big now with the space that's been cleared up by this mount. I would definitely recommend it, especially if you're using it to hold an Xbox One, the shelves are the perfect size. Plus the mount tilts AND swivels. Try it out, you won't be sorry.

Will Keep - 3 Stars - But would not buy again.
Since it has been already installed I will keep. I do not consider it a 5 star item. And I think its overpriced. However to take it down and ship is not worth it. It does hold the TV and 2 shelves. I think I would of been find just getting a similar item from a store. So overall its OK. Set up not as easy as it should be. Again its fine, just would not buy again

Exactly what I was looking for
I was looking for an inexpensive mount with a single shelf to hold a TV & DVR system in the back room of our store. That way we can monitor the cameras easily to see what's going on.As far as the installation goes I have to agree with the other comments. The install itself was simple; but, the instructions are horrible. I sat and stared at that first page where you select the install type for about 5 minutes before I figured out what it was talking about. To make matters worse, I ended up having to take that first TV back to return it for another unit because the first one didn't quite work. You would think that I'd already figured out how the instructions worked; but, I probably spent more time staring at that page the second time than I did the first...The lousy instruction alone are enough to dock at least one star - and I could see docking 2, but the product itself works great.Anyway, after getting through that first page of the instructions (the rest are pretty straight-forward), this mount is exactly what we were looking for, and these are the things I really liked about it:1) All the pictures show 2 shelves mounted below the TV; but, it's a lot more flexible than that. We are using it with only one shelf mounted above the TV - and that is working perfectly for what we need. You really can mount both the shelves & the TV anywhere you want with this mount.2) The cable management system is excellent! In our case, we're using a security camera system with 4 cameras - which means a lot of wiring is running up to the DVR. The cable management system is good enough that we really can't see any wires at all, except for where the power and network wires run in through the bottom.3) The mount is very solid & easy to adjust; yet, it doesn't stick the TV too far out from the wall.4) The shelves look good and are also solid. (Note that we are only using one shelf for our use.)Overall, I would highly recommend this mount because of both price and function. If they would just rewrite that first instruction page, then this would be a solid 5-star product instead of a 3.5 star product.

Great Stand, Not an Easy Installation
This is the second time I've installed a mounting bracket for a flat screen TV. I remember the first one took about an hour. This one took me somewhere between 2-3 hours. I used a laser light lever to highlight the screw positions on the wall, in front of a stud, to make sure it wasn't going to be mounted crooked. I had a smaller TV (200mm spaces for mounting), so I didn't need to use any of the extension pieces. The mounting bracket on the TV is easy to install. The hard part for me came when trying to attach the pieces of the swivel mount. The mount comes in pieces, so you have to fit washers and a cylinder between the brackets. At times, I had so many pieces in my hands they starting dropping to the floor. A helper would have been nice to have to hand them to me. The front U bracket that came with mine was bent inwards, and I couldn't at first get the pieces to fit, the bottom washer just wouldn't fit were it was supposed to. I had to take the bracket out the garage, place it in a vice, and hammer it to get it straight. Needless to say, it was trial and error and I had to repeat the process about 3-4 times before I finally got it to fit correctly. The other thing people should know is that you need a torx bit to drive the screws into the wall. The screws are very long and go very deep into the stud. You have to have a good drill, too.I also recommend laying the pieces out on the floor grouped by type BEFORE reading the instructions, which are not verbal but diagrams. At least for me, seeing the pieces and identifying them as I went along made it much easier to comprehend the diagrams. Looking at the diagrams first could be harmful to your mental health.

DOES NOT WORK WITH SAMSUNG LED TVs WITHOUT MODIFICATIONS
I bought a Samsung 32" LED TV for my office and decided to use a wall mount. I searched for some time for a wall mount and shelf unit and this was the only one I could find that had cable management, adjustable shelves and allow for tilt and swivel. I looked at buying two separate units, (TV mount and shelf mount) but not only was it nearly twice as much money, many of the shelves would not mount centered under the TV.My husband, the handy man, started to put it together and quickly saw that the poor comments regarding the instructions were very true. Thankfully, he is rather handy so he was able to figure it out. Whew, problem one solved. As he started to put things together he quickly figured out that the screws provided would NOT fit the back of the TV. So, we went out and purchased some of the M8 screws. Although unrelated, Lowes gave us the wrong screws so we have to go back. Now we realize that the new M8 screws are NOT going to fit the bracket for the mount. Now we have to drill a larger hole so the correct screws will fit.I don't know if other TVs are the same but BEFORE YOU BUY THIS MOUNT, MAKE SURE YOUR TV MOUNTING HOLES WILL TAKE THE M6 OR M4 SCREW! If not, you will need to buy the appropriate screws and make the modification to the bracket holes.I do know this, for the amount of work it took to hang this thing... it should have been a lot cheaper!!Kim HuffIndianapolis, Indiana
