Very low odor, excellent print quality, well worth the cost.
This resin has barely any odor, especially when compared to other standard resins. It has only a very slight smell to it that is very reminiscent of unscented laundry detergent.I have had absolutely no issues with it adhering to the print surface. It sticks perfectly to the bed and I've never had it get stuck to the FEP film at the bottom of the resin vat. In fact, it sticks so little to the FEP film that it rarely even makes the peeling sound caused by it releasing. The print quality that I've been able to get with this resin is top-notch.Even on D&D minis with tiny intricate details it still prints cleanly and brings out all those details.Speaking of miniatures, this resin is perfect for them. When fully cured, it's a pretty tough resin that is still flexible enough to let small parts bend instead of snapping off.As the title says, in my opinion, this resin is well worth the cost.Just the reduced odor would almost justify it for me. Add on top of that the superb print quality and it's tough, yet flexible nature and I'm sold.I would highly recommend trying out this resin and I will definitely be coming back for more.

Black resin is a little brittle, grey shows detail best
We have tried all the colors of resin to print mini's for D&D. The black is very difficult to see the detail to paint it, really have to prime it first, which isn't a huge deal. The problem though is it's hard to see which is support and what is suppose to be there, it also seems more brittle than other color's. We found it breaks more easily. We prefer the gray. We use the black we have for large items since they have less small breakable areas. The clear is more of a frosted glass look than glass. It yellows if cured too long, we normally start with a min cure and it doesn't yellow. The opacity is nice though, takes a wash well to make it other colors. The white is fine, not see-thru, and the details are more difficult to see. The translucent green is interesting, hard to pick out details, but with some dry brushing you still have the opacity with detail. The smell isn't bad, very sticky, gloves recommended. Gray is best!

Translucent prints well and has low odor.
I've used several kg of Anycubic plant-based resin. The translucent has very low odor. I've used the black version as well, and that formulation smells much worse, although still not as bad as other brands and formulations. I have one of the original Anycubic Photon printers and use the default settings provided by their Photon Workshop V2 software. All of my failed prints have either been from too few or too small supports or from my failure to properly set the bed height and level. I cannot blame this resin for any failed prints since I have been able to correct every print, I've tried by changing these things. Translucent is not clear but works well for LED usage in models. Think of it more like frosted glass. It will yellow when cured under UV. This can be minimized by placing parts in water while curing. I've used several resins, but this is my preferred formulation because of the low odor.

This resin is good, but really far from ideal
This was the first resin I used with my new printer, and it took some time to find an approach to it. After 6 failed prints I finally got it working with my printer, and here are my findings.COLOR: the black plant based resin is NOT black. It's smoky grey, see the photo. Thin walls are semi-transparent grey. Even in thick details it's not black. If you need real black color, a single layer of spray paint fixes this, and adhesion of spray paint to this resin is really good.SMELL: it is supposed to be low odor. Well, yes, but no. If you don't have a good ventilation system, you'd need a respirator to stay even in another room. However, once I added a 6" cylinder carbon filter and a 110 CFM fan to my setup, the odor has gone.PERFORMANCE: using the default timings I got lots of corrupted details, detached from supports partially during printing and correspondingly corrupted in shape. This was fixed by increasing exposition time by 20% over the recommended by the vendor. In my case, the recommended time of Anycubic plant based resin with Anycubic Photon Mono X2 printer is 2.5 seconds; I had to increase this to 3 seconds to get my models printed normally.SUPPORTS: anything bigger than a plum requires heavy supports (in terms of Anycubic Workshop). Medium supports don't guarantee holding the weight of the printed model. And heavy supports require tools to remove (I use a chisel).WARPS: thin flat walls warp a lot even with added stiffeners. Thick details (4+ mm) keep the shape.HARDNESS: thin walls are brittle. Thicker details are fine. I have also printed a few gears in this resin - they work but I feel that they won't survive long.OVERALL: quite good for decorative items once you find proper approach to it and know its limitations. I will buy it again.

Great resin! Good print details and hassle free!
Finally got a chance to try this resin. I have been curious about eco friendly resins and got my chance to try Anycubic brand this weekend. I chose black because I have a bunch of grays and had a need for a black resin at the moment. I was not disappointed. It came out so shiny! Not that I was going for that but was quite cool to see after cleaning. I’m using a mono screen printer so I had 5 base @35s and 2.5s per layer. I know they say black resin has to have extra time but decided to give it a go. No issues whatsoever. Adhered well to build plate and no broken supports. After print, cleaning was pretty quick. The supports felt a bit harder than normal but no issues removing. I am printing a 2nd one @2s per layer just to experiment. The details came out great still at 2.5s. She stands 102cm and my layer height is .05 so layer lines are visible but not over bearing to paint. Will buy again.

Reduced smell and good quality resin
Works just like other resins, some slight differences when calibrating I think it leans to being little more over exposed which is fine. There is definitely less smell then ABS like resins but still a smell. You’re not going to eliminate 100%. If you have people in your area that are highly sensitive to resin smell this would be a good alternative

Best resin for better detail
I have used everything from Eelegoo, Anycubuic, IFun, you name it I have used it.PROS:This not only gives me better prints but the supports just fall off at the end leaving very little marks.Look at my picture of the goblin I printed. I was able to get the lock pick set on his chest. I had to magnify the pic to see them. The best part is after you clean them it gets even cleaner with soap and water, since this is ECO friendly you can clean them in the sink. The prints are even a little flexible on things that are thin and would break on normal resins. This helps protect the smaller details from snapping off.It is still a resin even though it is ECO friendly so still use gloves. The green is more transparent than the normal tans green.CONS:Not sure what they are talking about but the smell is just as intense as the older resin.
