This book did not come with the software cd. The software has to be downloaded and paid for seperate.

Works for part of my class!

Does not come with LogixPro you must buy seperate. FYI According to LogixPro Developer LogixPro is EOL (end of life) with the Windows 10 Fall update.This will kill this manual.

A great referance for anyone learning PLC programming

This book does not come with the LogixPro software that's required to do any of the programming exercises... instead you have to purchase it from the website given in the book. When I went to the website to try and download the software, my security software blocked the download link on the webpage and marked the executable file for LogixPro as infected with malware! Indeed, I tried to override the security protections around downloading the LogixPro software, but it wouldn't let me (thankfully). The website given in the book to access the software and extra programming examples is not safe, but its the only way to get the requisite software to perform the exercises and access some of the extra learning materials! Be very careful and only use the website for the materials if you have a security suite to protect your computer.
