All in all a very good alternative for more expensive items. Little but strong
Great laptop. Very nice all around. The battery will last depending on what you throw at it. Video editing less battery time just watching movies or Internet browsing very good battery life. Very fast booting up for system. Very good for most of the games. Great keyboard.

An absolute delight
This is a gorgeous little beast. Gorgeous screen, lightweight and a delight to use! I wiped it and installed linux, and everything (apart from the fingerprint reader) worked first time, even the touchscreen. It charges from a PC USB port too so when I am using my work PC, I can just plug it into that. It's so versatile.I'd just like to justify to myself buying another one!

Exquisite laptop with plenty of power under the hood
I had planned on getting one of these to replace my first generation Surface Laptop which was suffering from an expanding battery (replacing the out-of-warranty battery via a Microsoft-certified service centre would have cost a fortune, and it would have been more cost-effective to replace the whole laptop), and was lucky to find this via an Amazon Warehouse deal. Although it was missing the USB C Dock (found a brand new one on eBay for £15 anyway), all the other accessories were included.Contrary to the previous reviews, the model I received included a touch screen, and I had absolutely no problem whatsoever installing the latest graphics drivers off nvidia's website. Apart from minor issues regarding Windows Defender, which was rectified by upgrading Windows 10 from version 1809 to 21H1, everything worked as expected.Curiously, the SSD was split into an 80GB boot partition and a 360GB+ data one, which seemed bizarre to me! Still, I've gotten used to the arrangement, and managed to place a handful of Steam games on the latter partition.Light gaming is feasible on this wee beast thanks to the inclusion of a Geforce MX250, which provides roughly the same performance as a desktop GT1030. Got the Bioshock trilogy and the recently released Mass Effect: Legendary Edition running at the native resolution of 2160x1440 with the settings maxed out. Newer games will struggle due to the lack of VRAM, but it should be fine for less demanding titles.Overall, this is a small yet well designed laptop capable of handling work and general entertainment. If you're lucky to pick this up on sale or via an Amazon Warehouse deal, grab one... You won't be disappointed!
