Great purchase!
Study container. Easy to get water out of the lake. Screwed my filter (purchased separately) in and had 2 L to drink. I wish there was a little better handle to pour from one container to another but would rather have a lighter container for backpacking over having a better handle that would add more material/weight. Would recommend.

Great water pitcher for backpacking
Me and my fiance loved using this to carry a little extra water during our backpacking trip. I especially enjoyed that I can pour water from it like a pitcher. This made it easy to put clean water into our cooking pot. Durable. Good value.

Soooo many uses.
I purchased the 2L version and have found so many uses for it. I take it camping, I take it hiking (when I need to carry water for more than just me), and I found it is perfect for college football games where outside food and drink are prohibited. Cons 1. The only con I have really found has little to do with this product. It is not insulated, so don't expect it to keep water hot or cold. 2. Oh I almost forgot, it is somewhat hard to clean the inside. So I would only use it for water and then find a way to prop it upside down and open so it can dry out. Pros 1. Collapses really small (like smaller than my fist). 2. The mouth is big enough that it is easy to fill yet small enough it is easy to drink from. 3. Does not spill, even when squeezed 4. Seems pretty tough and hard to puncture, not that I have taken a knife to it, but have definitely dropped it on rocks and the road.

Love this so much for hiking and travelling that I bought two. It is packable, easy to clean, and a must for backpacking too.

Good Quality - challenging to use
So I got this to be an actual water bottle I intended to use for hiking. It is not great for hiking. PROs - extremely light, great to pour into a drinking or cooking container. Once it was rinsed and aired out there was no “off gassing” type smells or tastes. Easy to measure water content. Felt very damage-resistant despite being very very light! CONs - you can’t gracefully or easily drink from the opening. It’s really meant for pouring. It is very challenging to hold / carry for long hikes because the lid loop bends a bunch when it’s hooked into anything. The handle is ok but also not great for long hikes. Because it’s so light supporting it upside down (for pouring or drinking) is like handling a live fish. It’s squirmy! Bottom line - really great quality and utility - not great for drinking from on long hikes.

Tear under the shield that surrounds the nozzle
I used this once and loved it. My son went to use it and found it leaking due to a slight tear right under the protective shield where the spout is. I'm not sure how that happened as but I am purchasing another as I really liked it. If it gets another tear I'll likely leave not a good review then. Otherwise it was great, just watch out for the hard shield under the nozzle from cutting the bag.

Great.
I’m a big fan of these things, I own three sizes. The big plus is their flexibility. I use them almost exclusively in sea kayaks and they fit and flex to the hull and tend to stay put. Truth be told I use this larger one more often as a weight distribution device for the boat rather than water storage. But of course it’s good at that too. The handles are very handy for this one. And FYI I’ve not had any of mine leak, they are quite durable. Also very useful that they collapse down when not filled. These are always with me on my trips.

heel praktisch!
