Too much black pepper
Just got it and tried it out, the flavour is good except the black pepper flavor is overpowering and ends up becoming the aftertaste. You can still taste the cheese and a bit of the garlic, but I would've preferred a lot less black pepper.I assume this will work well with something that's a bit sweet like something containing caramelized onions, but haven't tried it with anything like that yet.

A hint of black pepper and garlic, the rest is unpalatable !Does not taste like cheese or mayo -- fresh or 2000 year old !Hats off to people in the Mediterranean region, I would love to give them back their favourite condiment !!

I didn't enjoy the flavor. Too artificial.

Weirdly chalky
Has a very strange chalky taste that coats the tongue and roof of the mouth. Very unpleasant.
