Not the greatest smelling product, but it seems to work. Since I just finished my last batch of Karvol from SA, I can advise that the ingredients for Karvol include Cinnamon Oil and Chlorobutol, the rest are pretty similar to Klearvol.

Great for stuffy nose. Capsule can be hard to open without it getting on fingers, but easy to use oncenopen and the smell is lovely. Seems to help my kids when full of cold.

Not karvol but the next best thing , we all know how awful it is when your baby or toddler is having difficulty sleeping for a cold or blocked/ runny nose and I like to throw as much ammo into defence and and prevention as I can , so I use these as well as another things I can … I’d say they they smell a little herbally compared to how I remember karvol smelling , and they may be smaller ,, olbas oil is my first go to and vicks but these are good !
