Just mix 1 tablespoon of the dried herbs with a good quality extra-virgin olive oil and allow to sit for 15 minutes before serving. This gives the herbs and spices time to rehydrate and release their flavors.
This dip contains a proprietary mix of herbs and spices carefully selected by Charmane herself. This blend starts with an Italian style herb mix, then adds unrefined sea salt, crushed red pepper, and lots of sweet, earthy garlic. Crunchy, not appetizing, no customer support

DO NOT BUY. Can't be returned. I bought this thinking it would be good. We had used Charmanes Bread Dip and enjoyed it. But this mix has a bunch of dried garlic and onion that does not soften once mixed with oil, as per the instructions. It is actually CRUNCHY and not very appetizing. (See pieces on side of bowl.) I contacted customer support and got NO RESPONSE!!
