Perfect for syncing up with the World Clock
I'm a church media director and I needed a clock for our media booth that would be easily display the exact time - to the second - with the World Clock so that I could glance at it and know exactly how many seconds were left to start our livestream. Trying to use my phone wasn't an option as we were using that for other things. Unfortunately, the clocks that we found that were wifi connected were EXPENSIVE and we just wanted something affordable. Another issue we ran into was many of the clocks we found did not display the SECONDS and we need that! This clock ended up being perfect for our needs and when we received it, it was so easy to sync up with the world clock... we just moved the time to a few seconds post the current time and set the time when the two matched. Easy peasy!

Nice little clock. Operating Instructions / Manual down below if needed...
Observations:It is a little bulkier than I had hoped, but I guess Larger Numbers means that it will be easier to read. I like that it has a 12/24 hour format, although if one is setting this feature "in the morning" there is no way to tell which "mode" it is in till you reach the afternoon hours. I cheated and set the time ahead to 1pm so I could tell the difference when I changed between 12/24 time. The "Count Up" (Stopwatch) feature is nice, as well as the ability to use it as a "Count Down" timer with a one minute alarm. It takes a single AAA battery.Measures 2 1/2"h, 3 1/4"w, 6/8"d, or 1 5/8"d using stand.Configuration:As others have said, the Trick seems to be "resetting" the timer, which is done by holding down the "Minute" and "Second" buttons AT THE SAME TIME. This is actually shown on the device, as on the front (grey rubber) is imprinted the word "RESET" with lines drawn to the two buttons. Perhaps one needs to press down Long-and-Hard to trigger a "reset", as the instructions recommend using BOTH hands instead of just two fingers. Only other item is note is that to "set/configure" this device's features, you need to press (or hold down) the "Start/Stop" button. I have noticed in the Q&A section several queries about the instructions. I'll probably lose the little piece of paper soon, so will jot down some of it below..Sort of Instructions... The alarm's icon will disappear from the LCD display.*-------------------------------------------------------------------------------Negative stuff: :(It seems that one needs to use something thin like a knife to open the battery compartment, and the stand does seem a bit brittle, but what concerns me is the possibility that over time the button markings will wear off from use - especially if one uses the "timer" often. For what it is worth, the LEFT most button is "Mode", the RIGHT most button is "Start/Stop", and the three middle buttons are (left-to-right) "Hour, Minute, Second". Instructions are included on a little fold out piece of paper, but odds are this will get misplaced.Note: Added the word Manual to this review in 2021 so it might appear better in Missing Manual searches.

Using it in my van
When I replaced the radio in my van the clock in the new radio was very small and was frequently resetting itself back to noon. At Walmart I bought a cheap dash board clock that sticks on with Velcro. I live in Florida and the inside of the van probably heats up to well over 120F during the day in the driveway. The cheap dash clock stopped working due to the heat and also due to the heat the Velcro pealed off the dash and the clock fell on the floor. So I bought this kitchen timer clock from Amazon and I also bought a heavy duty magnet. Using crazy glue I stuck the magnet on the dash and stuck the kitchen timer on dash magnet. The two magnets stick together firmly. The clock does not move unless I pull it off the dash. The clock has bee in the van for several weeks. I set the clock based on my cell phone clock and both times are still in sync. The kitchen clock has no problem with the heat. It is easy to see the large numbers on the clock. The white looks good enough on the black dash. Overall the clock fits my needs perfectly.

Cheap, not worth the money
After our stove was replaced in an apartment, the new stove didn't have a clock. I bought this little one to use to keep track of cooking times. The magnet on the back isn't very strong, so it slips off the stove all of the time. It also doesn't keep accurate time, losing at least a minute every month.

Wish I’d discovered this clock sooner.
Bought this because the digital clock on my stove and microwave have dimmed so much they are barely legible. This little clock is great! I love that it is magnetic, has a timer that will go above the 90 minute range, has an alarm and is a basic clock. I only regret not finding this before I had purchased a clock with less features for another room in my house.

Burned up
Put a good Duracell battery in this, noticed it seemed hot, took off the back and smoke came out. Only by God’s mercy it didn’t burn up in the car while I was away. Don’t know what might have happened. Maybe just bad luck and got a bad one, but nevertheless thought I should share my experience with product.

Overall not that easy to use
I really didn't love this timer, it was difficult to use and not that handy to set different times on it. I set an alarm that I couldn't figure out how to turn off that went off at 7 am every morning. The battery compartment rusted and leaked battery acid after just 3 months of owning it. My bf begged me to throw it in the garbage which I finally did yesterday.
