I just connect it typical or common optical connectors then it look like 3.5 mm plug but it is optical ..it works and enjoying that sound of digital format ...keep the price at affordable rate

The Mister FPGA has a multi-function audio 3.5mm port, you can use a 3.5mm audio cable to get audio to speakers, or you can use one of these Toslink adapters to get much better quality audio, and they work great.Simply plug the adapter into the Mister, plug in a optical cable, then plug that into a speaker system, or a optical to rca adapter for better clearer audio.Definitely recommended if this is what you are looking for.

Can't complain - bought for Echo Studio. Had to unplug and replug once so far, but this may well be an idiosyncrasy of the Studio rather than this v.cheap device. Otherwise it's working well with my Xbox + Studio.

I was faced with having to buy a new, expensive long toshlink cable, or this small, cheap adapter to use on the end of an existing long cable I already have... No competition.

Tried to connect Macbook to Yamaha soundbar, Macbook recognised something in the headphones socket but no sound output to speaker.

Works perfect. Delivered next day. Optical lead from sky Q now connected to my Alexa Echo Studio and surround sound. 👍🏻
