Works great, fairly easy to install
Fits on very nicely - better looking than I expected. Seems like it'll be just as comfortable as the original. Could have used some clear instructions on exactly what pieces to remove from inside the headband. It appears you're supposed to remove the foam that's inside the original headband, but not clear if you're supposed to pull the foam off the plastic piece to which it's attached, or remove the plastic piece entirely.

A bloody thing, it's so good that it can get only worse. Perhaps screws should be gold. But seriously, I think an extra screw would be helpful. How many users were crawling under the table with a magnifying glass?
