You can't go wrong purchasing this item, seems works as advertised, on several of my cd players minus one, as its possibly been determined, it has possibly un repairable issues, an i say why you can't go wrong as its rare that any company today, that offers a refund? Deserves 5 stars, even though it didn't resolve my issue on my one device,, thats totally a company that's worthy of my business,, 5 stars!!

Though I had to return as my player was not working I’m sure it would have been super beneficial!

Item was as advertised. It works like it is supposed to. Also came with cleaning fluid and cloth, which was a plus. I think this was a good purchase and my cd's and dvd's are assured of being taken care of properly.

Easy to use, just open the container and place the disc printed side up turn on the player and that’s it. Nice music plays while it cleans. The cd cleaning fluid and cloth is easy to use also.

This is all good except I thought this was weird; they said cleaning would take 20-30 minutes. I have this type of cleaner for my car & that cleans in about 5 minutes so I would try cleaning this in less time than above.

I got this for one reason - to clean the lens in my car's CD player. Following the directions exactly, I put it in the slot only to be told it was defective. So I tried again to see what would happen. The second time I was told to insert a CD (huh?). So I tried a third time. That time it worked. Well, that was fun! There are something like 6 musical tracks and presumably by the time the 6th one has played, the cleaning cycle is over. By the way, some of those musical tracks are really bad - as in horrific! After the 6th track played, I expected it to quit and possibly eject. It did neither. It went back to Track one. And, since it had been a while since the player had been cleaned, I thought it might need a second run-through. But a third? Then a 4th! After Track 3 on the 5th run-through, I hit Stop and ejected it. Enough already! Then, I cleaned a couple of CDs which I thought I would play on my way to work during morning rush hour the next day. I was really enthused about playing some tunes and not having to listen to drop out and skipping. The first couple of tracks played fine, then the drop out began, and the skipping. It hadn't done a thing apparently. Or maybe I need to stick it back in the player and let it run for another 90 minutes or so. When I have time, I will. But for now, let's just say I can't really recommend this product because it doesn't do what it's supposed to do. If it did, the CDs would play correctly. At this point I can only say, I'm glad it wasn't more expensive. It may work for some people, and I'm willing to give it another shot or two, but I'm not overly optimistic. Time will tell.

Seems to work well and includes some relaxing baroque/classical music while you wait. Don’t depend on your equipment playing at its best without periodic cleaning.

It worked in multiple CD players. Overall, satisfied.

Solo para sacar del apuro, limpia aparatos con impurezas mínimas, no es para uso profesional. Lo correcto es mandar a reparar el dispositivo que esta fallando.

À régler le problème de notre lecteur de CD, 💿 Super on écoute maintenant nos CD de musique 🎶 et plus aucun disque qui saute. mon conjoint était septique et maintenant il est très ravi
