The matt is thick and heavy that good but it is smelly, like burnt rubber it gives me nausea

This was for the tailgate of my 2013 F150. My old knees HATE kneeling on the corrugated metal tail gate. This was about an inch too wide so I trimmed it down with a box cutter and ruler. The included screws require you to predrill the holes but that was easy. They Look good and the rubber will protect the tailgate and my knees. Good product. Nice thick rubber. Very smelly but heck, it’s a tailgate.

I put this on a 93 Chevy K1500 8 foot box tailgate. I liked the thickness of this product. It looks like it will hold up nicely over time. I bought my own stainless tapping screws and I started from the middle and worked my way outward. Fits well. Actually a little too well lol if that makes sense. I had to trim the sides about 3/8" all the way down in order for the tail gate to close. But now my tailgate does not have a rattle and I love that. It was so annoying. Good product. I would purchase again.

Installed on my 2023 F-150 just fine. Size was perfect, thickness was good and heavy. i just had to cut out 3/8" deep x 3/4" wide notches to clear the strike bolts on each side of the mat where the latches are on the truck body. Easily done with diagonal wire cutters. 9/64" holes drilled into the tailgate per the instructions, and no issues with broken screws. I went slow and loose with a power driver and did the final screw tightening by hand with a screwdriver. I'm happy so far, especially because the price was lower than the others but not inferior quality.
