Does it dry flexible for use with book binding?

it is perfect for bookbinding - I use it to extend the viscosity of PVA glue - yes flexible.

Would this work for hanging wallaper? I'm looking for a less-toxic wallpaper glue.

I do not think it would begin to be practical for the cost. I've hung lots of wall paper in my day and you need quite a bit of adhesive. This bottle makes a small quantity of paste at a time. If you look for the product in the candle making supplies you will find the same product for much much cheaper. I bought an entire pound on Amazon for around 15 bucks. And the concentration of powder to water varies, is different than this brand, and would need experimentation.

Does this stay set up after sitting for a couple days. I need for paper mache. Also wondering how sticky it is... Thank you

It will dry out if sits too long. I've kept mine ok for a couple of days - I'd cover it though ( which I didn't). If sits I usually have to add more water. Yes it is tacky - I keep a wet towel by me to wipe off my hands. I use it with tussah silk to make tea lights and the silk yarn can really get messed up if I'm not careful. Hope this helps.

I see that the product in powder form weighs 1.5 oz. could anyone tell me how much volume is in the bottle? like in tablespoons?

I actually measured it to figure out a recipe and cost per batch of spray sizing. My bottle contained 20 teaspoons which would be just shy of 7 tablespoons.
