How do you make a shake? Do you need any kind of special blender?

I have a blender bottle that has a "mixer" inside. The mixer is a wire oblong ball. Put the milk and powder in and shake it. Can get a blender bottle at Walmart or Bed, Bath, and Beyond. Can also use a blender.

How much sugar per serving?

The powder mix has 10g. With the recommended one cup of skin milk you end up with 22g.
