I bought this PU MEI Sherpa Fleece Throw Blanket for my recliner, and it has quickly become my favorite companion for sitting and taking naps. The size (60" x 80") is perfect—large enough to cover me comfortably without feeling bulky. The softness is incredible. I’ve never owned a sherpa fleece blanket before, and now I wonder why I waited so long. It’s plush, warm, and feels luxurious against the skin. I've had this blanket now for almost 2 years. Being a guy who loves the cold, this is not something I typically need but we keep this blanket at our beach house for the kids and my wife to use when I'm a bit aggressive with the air condition during the summer. In the winter this place gets downright cold and drafty so now and again I actually toss it around me while I'm watching TV. I forgot how much I like this fleece throw blanket. First of all it's oversize so there's no wrestling to position it to cover you up fully. But I really like that it has two sides to it. The real fluffy side is downright soft and comfortable, warm as well. You can flip it over to the shorter side if you don't want to be quite as warm. As a matter of fact my family uses that particular side in the summertime. It has been through a few Washings and each time it has come through looking as good as it did when we first opened it out of the package. Highly recommend!

Full disclosure, I've only used a tiny fraction of blankets ever made, so please forgive my anecdotal hyperbole. That said, this blanket is absolutely the best one I've ever used. During this extremely frigid part of the winter we're experiencing at this point in time, the blanket I had for the couch just wasn't cutting it, sometimes even with a fire on. So, after reading a ton of reviews, I settled on this one. For the cost, this seemed like an inexpensive option to try, just in case the reviews weren't on the mark. (I spend far too much time going over reviews and never pulling the trigger on a purchase because of the negative reviews, sometimes even if it's a really tiny portion of the overall reviews.) After unpackaging, picking a few loose shreds (that didn't even look like the same color, but seemingly had to be from the blanket), I washed and used it the same night and even fell asleep on the couch. Man, I never once recall waking up and feeling the chill (as I had with my old couch blanket when I dozed off). I bought a larger size and I can be fully engulfed in blanket with only my face out and still be loose/move around under it. It's easily a "cuddling" blanket also. Two people easily, if not a small family/tons of little ones. The best side benefit; my old man (elderly cat) is absolutely in love with it. Whether anyone is in it or not, he's curled on/in it or on the lap of whoever is in it. I highly recommend it because it was an easy launder, it's soft/comfortable as you could want, is very light/free-flowing, and keeps you warm, took on the smell of my laundry detergent (doesn't smell at all) in one wash, and has you feeling snug as a bug in a rug. If you need a blanket, do not hesitate to pick this one up; thus far, it's been lights out one of my best all-time Amazon purchases.

I recently bought this blanket, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! The top has a beautiful pattern, and the fleece on the reverse side feels absolutely incredible. It's super soft and cozy, exactly what I was hoping for. I’m someone who gets really cold at night and usually has to wear pajama pants to bed, which can be annoying. I decided to give this blanket a try, and it worked miracles! It kept me warm throughout the night. At first, it gradually warmed me up, but by the middle of the night, I felt completely cozy and comfortable. The size I purchased was 61 x 80 inches, which is great for someone like me (I’m 5'1" and 122 lbs). It’s big enough to tuck my feet in and even wrap around me, but I think a slightly larger size, like 65 x 85 inches, would have been perfect for my needs. Overall, I’d rate this blanket a solid 9 out of 10. It’s soft, warm, and so comfortable. I highly recommend it to anyone who struggles with staying warm at night!

Supersoft, nice size, good price, nice and warm

This blanket is generously-sized, soft, thick without feeling heavy, warm, great colors (although I don't know why I buy anything white/cream when I have a husband, 2 boys, a cat, and a border collie that refuses to respect personal space). My husband gets hot at night and wanted a blanket to use when the duvet makes him too warm. This isn't the blanket for that, but he runs cold when he's awake so it's perfect for that. The colors match the pictures, it's super soft and cozy, and big enough to cover a 6' tall man, with a lot of leftover blanket. Has held up to kids and the dog nicely; the cat isn't interested, he hijacked a $6 fleece blanket from Aldi. I washed it the first time on cold and delicate, partially dried it on low, then hung it to completely dry; no shedding, no shrinkage, no bleeding of color, no matting. I will be buying one for myself (the kids can fight the cat for the Aldi blanket).
