This thing is nice. A little on the heavy side but that weight makes it feel even more real when people hold it. Makes a loud pop noise and that helps too. I added a grip to the pump and a small red dot to it as well and it looks very intimidating.

5 stars for the fact that this is a great product. Unfortunately Amazon is getting terribly bad at delivering anything on time!

Complete quality,, endurance,, Elegance,, and power all in one. Umarex outdid themselves once again. The build quality of this Less lethal shotgun is No different then that if when I was on active duty in the USMC.

A little front heavy, and the loading assist gizmo is a needless fidget, but the slide actuation is smooth and short, and even in stock lower power form, I know I sure wouldn't want to take a shot from this thing. I've no doubt that a head shot, even in the low power config, would incapacitated or kill a home invader. The fact that it can be stored in a super safe, un-charged state for long periods of time without effecting its ability to be deployed in a second is pretty impressive. Gonna mod the valve, and maybe extend the barrel for some extra joules, but between the noise, the impact, and the ability to throw pepper gas balls, someone with bad intentions is going to lose interest very quickly even as it comes right out of the box. Is it gonna give you movie quality feet keep going but body reverses direction stopping power . Nope, it hands down will not, BUT... it is accurate as the devil under 50' (haven't tried any further) and it is straight up mean looking from the business end. Most ill intended are gonna hear that "slack-slack" of the slide actuation, see that huge .68 cal. hole staring them down, and I think they'll reconsider. If they don't, the muzzle attachment looks like some kind of meat tenderizer, so between that and the heft of the gun you've got a very persuasive plan 'B'. Against someone with a traditional firearm you'd be SOL, but against somebody with a handgun at 30+ feet, a single well placed shot to the head should easily end the threat, so if your goal is LTL home defense and ya don't or can't have a firearm, this certainly offers a good starting point alternative.

The cool factor is off the chart. That being said, this is the 7.5 j version and is not much more than a Wall Hanger. It is false advertised as 300-fps when in fact it is the 250-fps version. Even the picture is wrong as it does not show the "F" stamp on the right side above the trigger that denotes the neutered version that is being sold.

Excellent product. Very well constructed, looks and feels like a real shotgun. Great option for a less lethal weapon. Very powerful.

I'm giving this four stars instead of five because the white cleaning cable that comes WITH the gun got stuck in the barrel of the gun. I had to disassemble the entire gun, take out the barrel and push the cable out with a wooden dowel. DO NOT use the cleaning cable that comes with this gun! It will snap and be stuck in the gun forever if you aren't savvy in taking things apart and putting them back together. This would then become a very expensive paperweight. Plus, you can't purchase spare parts because Umarex doesn’t manufacture them so if you were to ruin a part or even a screw when disassembling or reassembling this thing you are once again out of luck. I will say after I was able to get the bore snake out and reassemble the gun, I've used it many times and love it. It shoots well and packs a punch. I would recommend the gun but not the cleaning cable it comes with.

Nice gun. I found it a bit hard to load with hard rubber ball unless I put a bit of grease on my fingers and gave the round ball a vey thin coat of that grease. I don't think that was the fault of the gun. That was more the fault of very dry rubber balls that were rubbing against each other. Everything seems to be great quality. Only thing I suspect to be a bit dodgy on these is the sling attachment points. I have not figured out if the are metal or plastic. If plastic that will be a part that breaks easy. Most of the gun is metal or seems to be weapons grade plastics. It feels like after it runs out of ammo that it can be used as a very formidable bludgeoning weapon. No secret here, but I bought it for a non-lethal home defense purpose. This is not because I have to, but because I want to give the bad guy a chance to consider his life choices before he meets Jesus.
