60/40 T-shirt like material
These are 60% cotton and 40% polyester, so I don't expect them to shrink in the wash at all. The material is thin, akin to T-shirt material, good for warm weather. I wear 38x30 pants and the Large are perfect in the waist and slightly long, but it's because the crotch hangs on me.

Happy Dad!!!
I bought these for part of my dad's Christmas gift. He loves them, super comfortable. He's generally a Large, but I he likes them baggy so I got an X-Large. I'm glad I did!!!! Not only are they really comfortable, but he looks like he lost 20lbs in them!
