Dr Teal's Epsom Salt Magnesium Soak, Black Elderberry with Vitamin D, 3 lbs

What can really be said about Epsom salts? They soothe the muscles and soften the skin and will make curly hair spring back to curly after abusive heat and bleaching. Well, what I can say about this product is at the smell is absolutely beyond words heavenly! It isn't that in your face menthol eucalyptusy kind of smell that conjures up olafactory images of the locker room at the gym. It smells absolutely heavenly! I also pour into little mesh bags to place in my cabinets and drawers as sachets. I have some little wide mouth oil wicking jars and I have replaced all of the oils with these beads. Placed in the bathroom, when one runs the shower and the steam rises, they emit a very pleasant scent throughout the bathroom that lingers for quite a while after you've showered.It is an excellent product and quite a value when you consider that you can use it for multiple things, not just muscle soaks.

Dr Teal's is my go-to for my epsom salts, but they knocked it out of the park with the smell of this one!! I always stick with their Relax & Relief which is eucalyptus & spearmint, but I decided that I needed a change and this one was it! It has a little sweeter smell to it but not overpowering at all. And it isn't your typical 'berry' smell either. It is light, refreshing and as always after using, my skin feels great!

I'm absolutely in love with the scent of Dr Teal's Black Elderberry Epsom Salt Soak. It's sweet, fruity, and incredibly relaxing. It fills my bathroom with a calming fragrance that lingers even after my bath. Not only does it smell amazing, but it also soothes my muscles and leaves my skin feeling soft. This is my new favorite way to unwind after a long day.

The Epsom salts dissolved well and the bath itself felt relaxing, but I found the scent much stronger than expected. The elderberry fragrance was quite overpowering and ended up smelling a bit too sweet and sickly for my personal taste. If you enjoy very strong scented bath products you may like this more than I did, but I would have preferred something more subtle.
