This particular unit must have been in a train wreck! After contacting both Amazon and Royal Gourmet, I accepted the unit. It took me three hours to put it together because I had to straighten out so many pieces to get them to fit. I am very pleased with the way the unit turned out! Used it for the first time tonight and it met all my expectations! Unless I were to point out the damaged parts, no one would ever notice the problems. I believe it is an exceptionally well built and designed grill and will serve me for many, many years! I would certainly recommend this company and unit. Many wonderful features most don't have! Great grill. The paint peeled off a few spots on the inside after using it twice even though I used the cover consistently. Now I store it in the garage to protect the looks. Nice shelves on the side and easily movable. Sturdy and still overall looks nice.

I got this because it's the size I needed, with side trays that swing down. Price wasn't a consideration, but it's pretty cheap. I've now had it 3+ years and it's still going strong. As headline, I could wish the charcoal tray wasn't so flimsy, and the cover needs to be replaced, it's disintegrated after 3 years being outdoors fulltime, but those are acceptable issues. The charcoal tray can be raised and lowered, the swing out arms make fitting it in my storage spot easy. After 3 years outside, aside from the cover, it's still going strong. I'd recommend this grill.

Just had to use cover, it doesn’t fit the grill I order and they talking about sending a picture and he’ll get with corporate. It’s a less than $30.00 cover. Just wrong.

★☆☆☆☆ RUST AND CORROSION- Very disappointed with both the product quality and the seller’s customer service. The grill developed significant rust and corrosion in multiple areas despite being properly maintained and kept covered when not in use. This is not minor surface rust—it is widespread and affects various parts of the grill, as shown in the photos. What was even more disappointing was the seller’s response. Instead of standing behind their product, they refused to accept a return simply because the grill had been used. A grill is meant to be used, and discovering a durability issue after normal use should not eliminate the customer’s right to a fair resolution. The seller offered only a discount rather than taking responsibility for what appears to be a serious quality issue. Unfortunately, the after-sales support was far below expectations and did not reflect the level of customer service I would expect from a product sold on Amazon. I would strongly recommend that potential buyers review the attached photos carefully before making a purchase.

I give this grill 5 stars because i knew what i was buying. This grill is not heavy duty grill, lots of parts to assemble, and does a great job grilling hamburgers and steaks. This grill meets its price point.

This is a nice medium sized grill with lots of helpful features like the front door for mixing the bbq bricks around and the raising and lowering of the coals with a crank. Also thermometer and side tables are a plus. Easy to assemble. Took about one wine cooler and 60 minutes. 😁

Can barely hold 1 rack of ribs, but you get what you pay for. It’s an okay pedestrian or starter grill. Very light but not flimsy but metal is light and grill is poorly insulated. Overall I’m happy with my purchase. Just wish I had spent a few more dollars for a larger, more versatile one.
