Q: Can this be used for lipgloss hole punching ?

I wouldn't. This isn't terribly sturdy or sharp enough for that application. I would recommend using either a small metal punch for that, or driling with a fine bit, honestly. This handles cardstock, but not very THICK cardstock. Good luck!

Q: Can these cut through fabric?

I have not tried to cut through fabric with this hole puncher, but my best guess would be that they probably don't.

Q: Could these be used to make earring cards?

I believe it could. Has a smaller hole than regular punches I’ve used. Good luck
