Easy to apply, and works.
This is our second tube. My 5 yr old loves it bc it’s easy for her to apply, and i love it bc you don’t need to coat your entire body. A few swipes and the smell is strong enough to keep the bugs at bay, bonus if you can get the swipes on areas like the inside of your wrist. In addition to easy application. It works! My daughter is a magnet for bugs, she steps out the door & somehow already has two bite. It’s shocking. Whenever we put this one she doesn’t get bit. Bonus, it’s small enough to carry in a purse for sport seasons. I will be keeping this in stock forever!

Great for small kids
This bug repellent works. I bought the small roll-on to see if I would like the brand. Well, I was surprised with how good it works. The citronella smell is a little overwhelming at first, but i will buy badger products again. It being EWG verified is a plus!

My daughter had June itch and we used it and it helped instantly. My daughter gets bumps periodically that are itchy and she used it and it helped instantly. Already bought another stick

Did not work for me
While I do love the badger brand, the stick did not work for us. Still got a lot of bites. Smells good though.

Works better than anything else I’ve tried
My husband is one of the people mosquitos love, which makes him super convenient to have along when outdoors, because they focus on him and leave me alone. Unfortunately, he also gets a really strong itching and swelling reaction, which makes him inconveniently whiny once back indoors. Badger Balm is the only bug repellant we’ve found to be worth using - none of the rest of them seem to help him at all; in fact, he swears they attract mosquitos. (He likes Badger after-bite balm also.) My son had an outdoor job this past summer and found it very useful for that as well, even for long hours in hot weather. It does have to be reapplied when sweating, but not all that often, and it feels pretty good on the skin. It also smells a lot better than most bug sprays, and the stick version is easy to carry and easy to apply. I wish I could still get the larger size stick, but at least the small one fits in a pocket better.
