Nice best for this price

I purchased this cycle, but after removing the packaging, we found that the front fork near the wheel-hub mounting point was bent. The installation person had to straighten the bent portion before fitting the wheel. We also noticed that the centre axle/thread appears to be damaged and needs repair. Since the cycle had multiple defects right out of the package, I am very disappointed with the build quality. My daughter was eagerly waiting for this cycle, so I had to proceed with the repair instead of making her wait. However, this product is not worth the money, especially considering the poor finishing quality. The welding points also had visible burrs and were not properly ground or finished. If possible, please arrange a return and provide appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and repairs we have had to deal with. I strongly recommend that other customers consider a different brand. I hope Amazon will take this quality issue seriously and ask the brand/seller to improve their manufacturing and quality-control standards.

The cycle quality is very good. Take to the local shop to assemble than trying to fix it yourself

This product was lacking on several fronts. 1. Missing parts, Screws for rear mud guard were not present. 2. The Nut for the rear brake was missing as a result, it could not be fixed and would swing/slide on the handle. Considering this handle was wrapped with paper & polythene. it seems the person ticking the quality control check boxes had vision problems 3. The multi use spanner provided is not usable at atleast 3 places, not a big deal as i had the tools on hand to do the needful. but why pack the wrong stuff? 4. The casette has broken ball bearings. Now thats something not acceptable. Since i didnt buy it from the roadside, expected a decent product. The casette cant be damaged in transport, as the packaging was quite neatly done. the weird sounds and wheel locking at times would mean time loss to get it fixed 5. scratched labels on the frame. What in the hell did you bubble wrap it for? 6. two spokes bent on rear tyre 7. Found two spoke nibbles and an extra screw not belonging to this cycle. the spoke nibble was bronze in color while this cycle has silver & bigger in size. this raises more question on the quality control they have. Apart from these problems, the cycle itself is good looking, my 8 year old liked it & it was the perfect height. though i am left disappointed as now i have to go to cycle shop to get parts to get it fixed.

Very bad don't buy this.The cycle got delivered in 3 days and they took 5 days to install this. After installation my daughter fall down while cycling because the support wheelss got bent within 1 day.And the fitting person didnot fitted the support wheels with its brackets provided.Even after so many requests complains they are not giving solution.they are sending the fitting person and without spare parts.eben after so many calls that please send spare part while sending installation person they are not at all listening.It is only 15 days.i bought this cycle. There are already lot of bad feedback but still I bought this cycle and i Don't want anyone else to be trapped so writing this review.

The bicycle is very bad—tires constantly go flat, the chain keeps slipping off, and it was impossible to assemble. The materials are extremely cheap, including the seat, which is not suitable for a child and tore during assembly. Terrible product, I do not recommend it.
