Medium! I am 5’7” with 39-40” glutes and thick thighs and I wear a small. But I also fit a medium (it just gets loose-ish) on my 25.5” waist. So medium should do the trick on 43” hips.

Q: Are these fake bottoms or are these women built like Kim kardashion?

Pretty sure the butts in the photos are photoshopped. But the leggings do make your butt look good.
