desertcart.com: Mulino Caputo Manitoba Oro Tipo 0 Flour - 5-Kg Bag (11 Lbs) : Grocery & Gourmet Food Review: Pricy, but worth it! - Mulino Caputo Manitoba Oro Tipo 0 Flour has quickly become my go-to for making pizza at home. The high protein content and fine texture make it ideal for creating a perfect, stretchy dough with great elasticity. Every time I use this flour, my pizza crusts turn out incredibly light and airy, with just the right amount of chewiness. The flavor is also exceptional, adding a rich, authentic taste to my homemade pizzas. While it’s a bit more expensive than some other flours, the quality and results are worth it. If you’re serious about making pizza at home, I highly recommend giving Mulino Caputo Manitoba Oro Tipo 0 Flour a try. Your pizza nights will never be the same! Review: It's absolutely delicious - Would give this a 10 star if I could!! This flower is absolutely amazing and it tastes like other bread that I've had in countries outside of America!! It is so rich and it is so so good I just made homemade tortillas out of it and made myself a chicken fajita and it is by far the best chicken fajita I have ever had in my life! I bought this for better digestion. I am sure that my body will feel fine after eating this tonight!

Great for home baking.
Clean, fragrant and malty. really liked the way it was packaged, unlike other similar product we bought. Very pricey because it's from europe and we know the rest.

Better than US flour
I love baking with this flour. It is very versatile as I use it for bread, cakes, pizza and cookies. I noticed that it isn’t the same as domestic flour. After eating just a little bit of the bread I make with this flour I am not hungry and don’t crave more food shortly after. It keeps well in air tight containers and doesn’t clump up.

Best Flour for Pizza crust and bread
Best flour yet. I've tried several italian flours for taste and texture in my sourdough bread. The original version of Caputo won over king further hands down. Poselli was better than KA as well. But this one- Manitoba Oro- has the best taste and crumb yet. So soft, great chew and flaky crust. Our pizza crusts have been the most elastic, bake up bubbly with just right crisp and softness inside. I only use a regular gas stove (500 degrees) so I dont have a fancy pizza oven- but you'd never know by tasting my pizza!
