This is the best product for settling our dogs tummy. Unfortunately our little chorkie often gets tummy upsets. This works so fast and always supports his recovery back to normal stools and soothe his stomach. The only issue we have is getting him to eat it. We usually boil some chicken and mix it with this paste and he eats it all up. I would always recommend this product. We have tried various other brands but this is by far the best. If your Dog has an upset stomach this is what the vet will prescribe you and it really helps settle the dogs stomach. I always keep a tube spare at home just incase.

I bought this for my cat who seemed to have a problem keeping food down and had an upset tummy. It was fast acting and seemed to do the trick to settle her system. Did have a check with the vet later (happened on a weekend as it normally does) and all seems fine with her so far. The only gripe I have with it is that it is advertised for cats and dogs but the dosage is for animals between 15 and 30 kg. I believe a cat with 15 plus kg is moving into big cats territory and so far I do not own a panther or lion. So in short, the paste does the trick but you need to calculate the dosage yourself for your cat. I also needed to hide the taste of the paste in some creamy treat but that could be just my picky moggy.

Seems to work for my dog

We have a 5 year old female cat who had a really poorly stomach on and off for about 2 months. Every time we were about to take her to the vets (book time off work due to availability of appointments etc) she would show signs of improving. Then a day or so later it would reoccur. So there is the setting... I purchased this for its organic properties and probiotic elements and the stool hardener, hoping it would take the edge of before we took her to the vets (she suddenly improved again but we were like nope fu*k it you are going to the vets little miss). After 24hrs of giving her the appropriate amount, she made a full recovery. Took her to the vets and after examination and tests they concluded that she genuinely just needed the probiotics. She has underlining health issues and just needed a healthy probiotic boost, which is exactly what this product did. Been 2 months since and she has not had any issues. Felt some context was necessary for this review... The paste can be put in food or applied directly to the mouth, if one is daring like I was. I found that you cant put too much into the food as our cat wised up quickly. Doesn't absorb the best in wet food FYI. Holding her down gently and applying the appropriate amount down her throat did the trick. The vet also suggested applying it onto your cats paws so they have to lick it off...which sounds great in theory but if your cat runs off then your going to have a bit of a clean up job on your hands! We defo recommend this product if your cat is having diarrhoea plus showing signs of being run down. Give them the recommended amount over the space of a few days. But of course, if your cat is having a runny tummy for more than a few days, keep them hydrated and get them to the vets! Hope this helps.

I have a very sensitive young male cat, who seems to suffer with both his digestion and his bladder. I use cystophan for his bladder condition but recently he had a tummy upset as well. Therefore I ordered this product to help deal with this. When I received it however, it seems to be mainly aimed at dogs, although in the small print it did say I could use it on my cat. I only manage to get him to eat a little food with the product mixed in. He has recovered but I don't think I can use it again, he hated it!!

Product works well but the guidelines for the dosage is aimed at dogs when the product is suitable for cats and dogs. My cat wasn't keen on the paste but after I his it in his food he wasn't aware he was eating it. The paste works well at keeping his gut balanced and healthy.
