I Was Incredibly Nervous I Would Be Disappointed...
I was really skeptical about buying an older motherboard on Amazon. I didn't know if it would be used, broken, a complete dud, or what. I hadn't heard of the seller before and although there was no indication that it would be anything besides a perfectly pleasant experience in terms of a purchasing experience, I did it very begrudgingly and waited anxiously for the two weeks expecting to get bent pins or something. But when it finally came in the mail, it worked. It worked! There's nothing special about the motherboard as it's pretty basic, but it works and gets the job done.

Seller takes time to handle things
The motherboard itself is okay - does the job it's supposed to do. The first one I received was damaged, but not in a visible way. It was an internal issue with the power supply that pulled from the PSU to the mobo. However, as I was building a PC completely from scratch, I couldn't determine on my own what was wrong (causing the whole build to not start up) and had to pay a PC shop £70 to diagnose the issue as I don't have the testing equipment required. They told me it was the motherboard, so I contacted the seller. It took them 2 months, from the date I returned it to the date they sent me a replacement. This was due to their testing timeframe, which they estimated should take 3-5 working days, and then they had to send it to the manufacturer (Gigabyte) to test and see if the damage is covered under warranty to send a replacement. When they told me the 3-5 working day timeframes they did not tell me it would need to go to the manufacturer BEFORE they would send me a replacement, and during this whole process I struggled to get reliable updates from them. The customer service was very lovely, and I suspect they are just overworked or understaffed and couldn't keep an eye on my situation as much. However, when I then had asked them for reparations for the amount I paid to the PC shop, which they said through the whole time they would consider, they came to tell me they wouldn't refund me the additional amount, and I needed to speak to gigabyte. Which I did, but obviously they said I bought through a third party seller and needed to handle it directly. I then spoke to the seller (Buyur) again, showed them proof of contact and the invoice for the services I paid for, and they refused multiple times, saying they didn't have to pay that as I should've come to them first to diagnose the part. What, on a part that I didn't know was faulty yet, out of all the parts I had bought you wanted me to send them all back to each individual manfucaturers, just to be told it's your piece of gear that's broken? No, sorry but it doesn't work that way. Didn't get my money back in the end but got a working motherboard (barely). I gave up, and learnt my lesson about buying PC parts on Amazon.
