Hair feels very soft and definitely has more volume. I like the fact that this product has zinc and biotin. I bought the shampoo as well.

I had been using a shampoo and conditioner that left my hair silky but flat on the top of my head, exposing mild-to-medium hair loss, after having a LOT of hair, though thin (as opposed to thick hair shafts). This shampoo and conditioner leave my hair shiny, but thicker in the shaft, so it does not separate on the top of my head for a few days. I worry less. Since this is a quality shampoo and conditioner that helps minimize thinning hair, it is worth it. Not an overpromise, and my hair is not growing back thicker, but simply a tool that works a little magic.Scent is slightly like cloves and might last a few hours. Neither good nor bad to me. Mostly pleasant.

I lost my hair due to Covid. I had just wirey little wisps of hair and we cut what hair was left into a short cut all over my head. This shampoo has a medicine-like smell to it but it’s not bad. Made my hair instantly soft and the conditioner made it fluffy when blow dried. After 2 weeks, I can see my hair slowly but surely growing. And tha makes me very happy. My hair was clear down to my belt line before I lost it all.

Scent ranks low but who cares? It was never about the scent. My thin hair has been suffering and breaking a lot. After only 3 days of use my hair looks insanely more healthy and soft.
