Excellent for long distance (10+km) running on road/ pavement/ cobblestones. I got these for my half marathon training. I found them very comfortable and cushion-y. The insoles don't look too big or soft when you feel them in your hands, but I immediately felt the difference when I ran. Took me a few runs to get used to the insoles because they were heavy and increase the heel drop. Overall great for long distance running offering just the right level of support for heel. Cons: they make the shoes feel very heavy and tight. I suggest using the insoles in shoes that are atleast 2 sizes big or have a massive toe box.

Realmente me sorprendió este producto. No conocía la marca así que la compra fue más a riesgo, pero creo que valió la pena. Padezco fascitis plantar y realmente me han ayudado mucho, puedo caminar, correr y saltar sin ningún problema (tienen una cubierta extra de gel en el talón que te ayuda a amortiguar muy bien los movimientos). No suelen guardar humedad así que no necesitas lavarlas seguido y como recomendación muy personal, procura tener dos pares de plantillas, para poder intercambiar.

These insoles are a great design - excellent cushion, and support. However, if the show has any arch support in the base sole of the shoe, this insole will not work. There is a firmer plastic shock absorber that underlays the heel of the insole, that extends forward along the arch. If the shoe has of its own built-in arch this plastic will cause discomfort. At least it did for me on one shoe, but not another shoe. Just be aware!
